IFA Convention to feature HDTV
If you just happen to be in the neighborhood of Berlin early next month, you might want to mosey in to the IFA Convention. The show is one of the largest consumer electronics trade shows in the world and only costs 13 Euros for a day-pass. The show runs from the 2nd to the 7th of September and doors are open from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Hall 26 is completely devoted to HDTV and you can tell by the exhibit map that this is the largest hall in the convention. Hopefully, this isn't because HDTV sets are larger than most other consumer electronics devices! The exhibitor list is a 24-page Adobe doc, so that should give you some scope on the size of the show.
