LG's extra-thick LG-U8550
LG's new LG-U8550 flip phone is a little thick in the hips, but when all that extra space benefits screen real estate, you'll hear no complaints from us. What we would complain about however, if these were ever actually to be sold here, are those god-awful green and orange color schemes (luckily neutral silver is also available) that would make Bluetooth a must if you rocked this model. Other than the extra-wide LCD, nothing really sets this phone apart besides its MP3 capability, but even that isn't all that special these days—we've really gotten spoiled here. Residents of Italy and the UK will be able to get their tacky-on first, followed by a Hong Kong and Australian release next year.
