ReplayTV to go PC and kill set-top boxes in 2006

ReplayTV

After all this time we’ve spent yelling at TiVo for not porting their software to the PC, it looks like, well, somebody was listening. ReplayTV — everybody remembers them, right? — is taking its platform to the PC in 2006, and intends to sell its software bundled with industry-standard Hauppauge tuners. No word on pricing or availability, but we expect we should hear something during CES. And why wouldn’t we?
