Alltel's got a new phone for those who prefer to keep things simple and affordable, with the Nokia 2865i handset now available at Alltel retail stores. Measuring 4.2 x 1.7 x 0.7-inches and weighing in at 3.5 ounces, the non-flip, non-slider phone packs Bluetooth, a speakerphone, voice activated dialing and, well, that's about it -- with no camera or other bells-and-whistles to speak of, except for the ability to download games and support for Alltel's Axcess Web service. It will, however, give you a decent 225 minutes of talk time and 240 hours standby time and, most importantly, it won't put much of a dent in your wallet, with the 2865i running just $9.99 after a $20 mail-in rebate (with a two-year service agreement).
