Last night, the overlords at Joystiq bestowed upon us a free redemption code for the long awaited Lumines Live. We were faced with a serious moral dilemma. Do we keep the code for ourselves so that we can "review" the game, or do we give it away in a fantabulous contest. In the end, our "good" side won out, and we've decided to give it away! Entering is simple. All you have to do is create a Lumines avatar icon like the one pictured at right. If you want more examples, download the trial version of Lumines. We don't want any old avatar, though. No, we want an avatar with a distinctive 360 theme. You can use the 360 itself or pick from the myriad of games. A Halo avatar? Gears of War? It's up to you. There is only one rule: you can only use two colors, and one of them has to be white. As you can see, they're pretty simple so, you can enter even if you don't have mad Photoshop sk1llz. Once you've created your avatar, save it as a JPEG file and send it to: X360F[dot]contests+lumines[at]gmail[dot]com. Entries will be accepted today until Midnight EDT (4:00AM GMT). One last thing, this contest is only open to regions in which Lumines Live! is available.
