Fuzion Frenzy 2, new maps, games revealed

Microsoft released some new shots of Fuzion Frenzy 2 today. The game promises to whisk players off to exotic locations. This week's exotic locations are a planet called Blazer (wonder what the weather is like) and, um, Earth. Okay, Earth isn't exactly exotic, but nobody plays Fuzion Frenzy for the backdrops. At least no one that we know. And we know, like, everybody. No, you play it for the minigames. Today we bring you shots of 7 new games and descriptions of each. The game pictured above is "Amoeba Hunting" on Earth. Players must destroy amoeba with bombs while being careful not to get caught in the explosions themselves. Read on for more shots with descriptions and (hilarious) captions.

Electric Rumble - Earth - Four men enter, one man leaves
Electric rumble is a straight up fighting match. Hit other players, avoid the electric walls, gather health power-ups, and be the last man standing to win.

Loader Madness - Earth - Get away from her, you bitch!
Fulfill your childhood dream of controlling a power loader, just like the one in Aliens ... except you collect coins and the loaders come in the same colors that Skittles do. Of course, you can whack other people with your robotic arms, but who would do that?

Cool your jets - Blazer - Um, that's some hose you have there.
Ride a hovering platform and extinguish fireballs for points. Simple enough.

Magma Escape - Blazer - Liquid hot 'mag-muh'
So, this one is called "Magma Escape." You figure it out.

Magma Rumble - Blazer - Don't step on the hot lava. The carpet is hot lava.
Just like "Electric Rumble," only there's lava.

Thermal Detonator - Blazer - He's holding a thermal detonator!
Throw bombs at opposing players. Bombs damage players and break away chunks of the platform. The object: don't die.

We enjoyed the first Fuzion Frenzy. Hopefully this will be just as fun.
