DirecTV finally adds some national HD programming
Yep, they finally did it, they added some national HD programming and unfortunately for me it is baseball. The one sport that I have so little interest in that I won't even watch it in HD. It is only kinda national programming because many of the games are regional and thus won't be included in their MLB Extra Innings package.
DirecTV started to roll out HD locals with the help of their Ka/Ku MPEG4 technology six months ago and have yet to announce one new HD network which is really causing them to fall behind the competition. Of course I won't consider jumping ship with Football season just around the corner, but they are on my list.
