The PLAYSTATION 3 can relatively easily run Linux ... so why not its smaller brother, the PSP? Xiptech seems to have made a "functional" version of uClinux run on the PSP. This early operating system can't do much: in fact, the only hardware support it has right now is for the headphones.
But, over time, the development community will undoubtedly add more to this exciting project. Who knows? Maybe this "proof in concept" will evolve into something far more fruitful down the line.
