Halo 3 Xbox 360 pre-orders now available
It hasn't been 48 hours since Microsoft officially announced the pricing for the Halo 3 Xbox 360 and already stores are offering pre-orders for the "limited edition" console. Both Gamestop and EB Games are taking pre-orders for the $399 Halo 3 360 (and its now standard HDMI connection) and are listing September 16th as its tenative release date. Also cool to see is the console's packaging (viewable to the right), which is reminicent of the Halo 3 Zune box art and that whole "emotional" marketing theme they're going after. Maybe we can't all agree on the console's art design, but we should all be able to agree that the packaging is hawt.
