Wii Fanboy crashes the twitter party

So we heard this whole twitter thing is the bomb diggity and we had to just see for ourselves. And, since our overlords at Joystiq found the service to be quite useful during GDC, we figured we'd do our duty and hop on this bandwagon fashionably late.
