Patch 3.2 PTR data file class changes

Achievements aren't the only thing that can be datamined. MMO-Champion has the new class changes, some of which were not listed in the patch 3.2 PTR notes. Of course these are all subject to change, and some game file changes never even make it to testing, but here's what I've noticed that's new.

  • Druid: Restoration: Lifebloom now heals the target for 480/616/776 (down from 600/770/970) when Lifebloom complete its duration or is dispelled.

  • Hunter:

  • Mage:

    • Slow Fall now only works on friendly party or raid target.

    • Fire:

      • Molten Armor now causes 75/150 Fire damage (down from 170/170)

      • Burnout now increases the spell's cost on non-periodic spell criticals instead of all criticals.

      • Hot Streak now proc from non-periodic spell criticals.

      • Ignite now proc from non-periodic critical strikes instead of all critical strikes.

    • Frost: Enduring Winter now cannot occur more often than once every 6 sec.

  • Paladin:

    • Protection: Shield of Righteousness now does high threat (its damage is also reduced in this patch from 130% to 100% of shield block value).

    • Retribution:

      • The Art of War now reduces the cast time of your next Flash of Light or Exorcism ability by 0.75 sec (down from 1.5 sec) every time your melee attacks critically hit. Edit: this is for rank 1. Rank 2 still decreases by 1.5 sec, making those spells instant. Nothing to see, move along.

      • Judgement of the Wise now affects your damaging Judgement spells (Old - All Judgement spells)

      • Eye for an Eye now causes 10% (down from 20%) of the damage taken to the attacker as well.

  • Priest:

  • Rogue: Combat: Combat Potency now affects all off-hand melee attacks (instead of just auto-attacks).

  • Shaman: Elemental Oath, Elemental Focus, and Elemental Devastation have all been changed to affect only non-periodic offensive spell crits.

  • Warrior: Arms:

    • Blood Frenzy now only increases melee attack speed.

    • Armored to the Teeth now Increases your attack power by 3 for every 108 armor value you have. (Old - 3 AP every 180 Armor)

Remember, these are just the changes that are in the patch 3.2 PTR data files but not in the official patch 3.2 notes. Many other changes were made; check the patch notes for those.
