Every once in a while, carriers need to re-up the very bottom of their product lineups -- the part of the range where features like VGA cameras and tiny displays still reign supreme. -- at which point everything started to make sense. Sort of. It's available online today for $19.99 on contract after rebate; follow the break for Samsung's full press release.
