Cataclysm Beta Live Stream: Choose my goblin shaman adventure

Choose the adventures of WoW Insider's Robin Torres as she levels multiple alts in the Cataclysm beta, live every Monday and Wednesday at 1 p.m. EST.

Hello and welcome to the live version of Choose My Adventure (beta edition). You have again chosen Roblinator the goblin shaman for our Wednesday Horde stream, and I don't blame you.

Join me after the break while I narrate, read quests and take requests from the chat room. The show will run for at least an hour and be viewable on video, if you weren't able to watch it live. Also after the break are some notes and polls.

Notes

• I'm less sure of what I'm going to play when Cataclysm hits than I was before Monday. See, I thought I would be happy playing a worgen when I was bored with my Forsaken, goblin and gnome. But now, I find that I absolutely want to play a worgen right away, too.

• The story became much more epic for the worgen on Monday's stream with some lore spoilers that give insight to both the Gilneans and the Forsaken. If you add the ambiance, the excellent quests and the pretty clothes and gear -- well, I'm sold.

• Now I need to decide on a class. The druid is awesomeness. The mage gets the best starter dress, perfect for keeping to play dress-up, and I love playing a mage. I think I don't want to play a rogue, but did you see the starter animations with the dual wielding and the axe? Too many fun choices, not enough time.

• And which character do I concentrate on? I want to play them all!

• Well, this is Choose My Adventure, and Cataclysm will be here in less than a month. Since the <It came from the Blog> family of guilds is Horde, I need you to choose which Horde character I'm going to play for you and by your command. Then at least one character will be settled and I will only have to choose what to play on my own time.

• I've decided that the character I'm going to leave to your whim will be a goblin. You're going to solve my class problem by voting for it. Then I will let you choose the spec, the professions, etc., as we level along together.

• Yes, this means Robinemia the mage will be sidelined longer, but I think starting fresh will be more fun and leveling up the goblin won't take long.

I didn't put rogue or warlock on the poll because I really am not feeling either. I'd like to take this character all the way to 85 and then raid with <The Insiders>, so please choose someone fun to go all the way with.

If you haven't voted for Monday's Alliance character, you can do so below. Robinella has some more epicness in store for her, so I highly recommend choosing her ... as if she isn't the one you were going to choose anyway.
