Serious Sam 3: BFE's first screen introduces the Scrapjack

We've heard of flapjacks and snapbacks, and backpacks and scrapnaps (a nap after you've been scrapping, duh), but we've never heard of a "Scrapjack." It's a new enemy in Serious Sam 3: BFE, as revealed on the game's Facebook page, and it's the subject of the first released screenshot (above; high-res version in the gallery below).

Perhaps the big clue — which may lead us to the meaning of the game's "BFE" subtitle — is a modern-looking sign with Arabic script. Update: Egypt it is!
