Around Azeroth: Transparent motivations

I'm not entirely sure what's going on in this screenshot by Frostybône of <Critheads> on Firetree (US-H), but he appears to have a string of lights in place of one eyebrow, and a motorcycle jumping over a blood elf for the other. Judging by how hideous his character looks in his armory profile, I suppose we should be thankful that most of his face is covered up and/or translucent.
