The Classifieds: Do you be OOM?

The Classifieds brings you weekly news from around the WoW community, including our famous Random Acts of Uberness shout-outs to players who make your WoW sessions memorable.

We got a note from the Elysiam Guild talking about their new song. While it doesn't have a video, the song itself is kind of fun. Check out what they had to say:

I am Kayhettin the guild leader of Elysiam. The horde guild on the Shadowmoon US server. You can find us at Today I want to present to you the release version of the I'm Oom mp3 audio. Our music has been featured on this site for our Cataclysm Power Remix. It has gotten quite some acclaim locally and would be great for it to be on the show. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.

Leave them some feedback, and let Kayhettin know what you think. It takes a lot of courage to put this kind of creative work out there. Even if you don't like rap, you should respect the creative effort Kayhettin put forth.

It's when another player lights up your night with precise play, a wicked sense of humor or unexpected generosity that your login becomes something to remember. Share your Random Acts of Uberness with Keep things brief (150 words or less, please), and be sure to list everyone's character names and home realms or battlegroup. Don't be afraid of sending an entry more than once if it doesn't appear; sometimes internet dragons eat email, and we'd hate to let that keep deserving players from getting their due.

Aelical and Nornus Two guildies and I used the RDF to go to Heroic Deadmines. None of us had been there before and I was the tank. Aelical of Barthilas and Nornus of Shadow Council cheerfully guided us through the instance. Aelical marked targets, gave boss strats and was an awesome healer. Nornus managed all the cannons and mechanicals with no errors. We even got the Ready for Raiding achievement. Thanks for your patience and great attitudes. -- from Saluki, Clexie and Edean of Not Dead Yet, Suramar

Grakner I'd like to nominate Grakner of Nagrand-EU for The Classifieds this week cause they have most definately been uber! They spent at least an hour in Stormwind outside the auction house opening lockboxes for absolutely free, with not even a hint of asking for any money! No matter how many you had or what level, they were opening them and even making sure people who accidentaly traded their boxes to him got them back! Truly deserving of recognition this one! -- Jainism of Nagrand (EU-A)
