New Guild Wars 2 video highlights PvE combat
ArenaNet surprised Guild Wars 2 fans overnight with a wealth of new details. There was new PvP information, but the PvE fans got some love as well with a brand-new five-minute video.
The video blends concept art and gameplay footage to show off different racial starting areas, but the bulk of the footage is pure combat. While there are some familiar clips in there (and an area that is strongly reminiscent of Sorrow's Furnace), we see plenty of new enemies and locations as well. There are Orrian undead, a decaying dragon that is almost certainly working under Zhaitan's orders, combat footage of each of the five races, and much more that we've not seen before.
