PSN Tuesday: Fall sale, Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, Saints Row 2 downloads

This week's PSN update is now live! The PSN fall sale starts, which sees several titles on PSN discounted, more so for PlayStation Plus subscribers. Additional goodies include full downloads of Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One and Saints Row 2 -- the latter is available free of charge to those who have redeemed their Saints Row: The Third pass.
