Ono taking a break from Street Fighter to recuperate after illness

Following a hospital stay for a sudden illness, Street Fighter series producer Yoshinori Ono is temporarily stepping away from his duties. "I'll refrain from work for current job for a while," he said on Twitter. "Another person in charge of SF series for a while." He added that he will still offer "constant support."

The rest of the Street Fighter team is "working wholeheartedly on patches for [Street Fighter X Tekken]," he said. "[Please] wait just a little longer." We wish Ono a speedy recovery and hope he gets a chance to relax. "Relaxed" is not a state we can remember ever having seen him in.
