Snoopy Street Fair passes fivemillion downloads

Capcom's mobile sub-brand, Beeline, announced today that Snoopy's Street Fair for iOS has surpassed five million downloads. The game follows the model established by Beeline's other mega-hit based on a beloved children's franchise: The Smurfs' Village. Both games are free-to-play management sims with in-app premium content.

Smurfs' Village surpassed 15 million downloads last year, and was the top-grossing title on Apple's App Store in 69 countries during its glory days.

The game, which was developed by Beeline™ Interactive's London-based studio and adapted for the Japanese market by Beeline™ Interactive Japan, let's players build, decorate and manage a street fair complete with all their favorite PEANUTS characters including Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Sally, Linus, Lucy, Woodstock and more

In celebration for achieving five million unique downloads, and as "thank you" to the fans, Beeline Interactive will be running in-game promotions within both the worldwide and Japanese versions of the game. Starting today the worldwide version will feature a free special gift every day for five days and the Japanese version will host special sales for a month.

Set in the wonderful world of Snoopy and the PEANUTS gang, Snoopy's® Street Fair is a building social game that lets players decorate Charlie Brown's neighborhood and fill it with a wealth of wonderful stalls and attractions. In addition to the core game, "Snoopy's Street Fair" is packed with tons of additional features like mini-games, PEANUTS photo filters, e-cards and classic comic strips to name but a few.
