Breakfast Topic: What will it be like to look back on now?

The birth of my daughter, the release of the new expansion, and even the arrival of my iPhone 5 today all have me thinking in the long term. The Burning Crusade hit stores in January 2007, over 5 years ago.

I look back on that time with rose-colored glasses, like most of us. But I wonder about how we'll look back on this very tail end of Cataclysm. We've talked iconic phrases to death... I'm not sure we have another, "You are not prepared!" We definitely have attunements. Not per se, but the definite sour feelings about daily quests... and daily quests... and daily quests.

And while I'm not trying to make a judgement here, I just wonder about how Wowcrendor will make this video in 5 years. What will the joke be? What rose tarnish will he rub away to remind us of the rough moments now?
