The Queue: Or maybe tigers

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Alex Ziebart will be your host today.

I wish dragons flew out of my feet in real life. That'd be pretty sweet.

racer951y asked:

Is there a monk column I might have mist?

We don't have a named, weekly column for the monk, but Chase Hasbrouck has been covering the basics of the class very well on a semi-regular basis.

Ron2 asked:

When I leveled my first character through Pandaria, I cleared Four Winds but didn't do Krasarang at all. How do you know when to switch? Somebody sent me to recover a thing from a cave, which zoned me into Krasarang, but I didn't get any indication that I should have stayed there or made my way to another quest hub, so I hearthed back.

Valley of the Four Winds and Krasarang are sister zones -- you can do them at roughly the same time, and there is no right time to go to Krasarang, except that you should do it before finishing Valley. The quest chain that sends you hunting down the four martial arts students sends you into Krasarang to find the hozen student, and when you decide to go after him is a pretty good time to do that zone.

violetarrows asked:

I remember in an interview last year that the story/lore devs wanted to keep the Black Dragonflight as somewhat of a bad guy or at least anti-heroic. And now we have Wrathion trying to get people united to stop some kind of oncoming threat. Is it that we can assume he doesn't consider himself part of a flight at all, or is it just another "oop we changed our minds" thing?

Wrathion is the definition of antihero. He's a protagonist who lacks the archetypal hero traits. He's shady, he has his own agenda, and though his intent is mostly good, he has no issue achieving his goals in bad ways. His favorite servants are all thieves and assassins. He's not a beacon of valor and righteousness.

joubiku asked:

If I don't harvest what I planted, is it still waiting for me the next day?

Yep! Your crops won't wilt or rot from neglect. If you can't log in for a few days, don't sweat it.

Ron2 asked:

Is Prince Anduin a Priest? In the Jade Forest we see him using abilities that look like Holy Nova, Psychic Scream, and Mind Control. Was that his reason for studying with Velen?

Yep, Anduin is a priest! Varian originally wanted him to be trained as a warrior, but Anduin realized the Light was his calling.

@thehintguy asked:

Patch 5.1 almost on the PTR already? Doesn't that seem way too soon? Haven't even unlocked all the raids yet.

It's still early, but it seems as if there might not be a raid in patch 5.1 at all. It appears to be mostly solo and small-group content. It's entirely possible we're going to start seeing rapid content patches with less in each patch, like we had back in vanilla WoW. Rather than content patches being paced with raiding and giving you a ton of content in each patch, you get the raids when they're ready, and you get everything else more quickly.
