Which set of dailies give the most bang for the buck?

Probably Golden Lotus dailies. They're all bunched up so you can do a lot of them simultaneously, the mobs drop gold and items, the area's wide open. There are very few headaches in getting them done.

So, about those Blood Knights. In Silvermoon, they used to have M'uru archained and basically used him as a battery. I remember wandering under the Paladin enclave and the sense of "what have we done" that I felt when I found him.

After that, Kael'thas send his Felblood dudes to collect the battery and left the room filled with stun-drunk magisters saying, "What do we do now?" and "Lady Liadrin will find a new source!" It was fun to wander down there and see the devastation.

Yesterday, levelling a new BE Pally, I wandered in to the Paladin enclave and looked to the floor to find... a box? Did I miss some lore in game? What is the box under the Paladins? Are the magisters draining power over it? Attempting to open it? (How many Blood Elf Magisters does it take to open a Winter Veil present?)

So curious, but no ready answers nearby. Any clues, Lorewalkers?

"The box" is part of the Horde Dominance Offensive questline in the latest patch. I don't want to spoil it for you, so get that rep started!

Sure, most mogu probably only get one shot at a flesh body (though I'm curious to see what form the resurrected Thunder King will take), but then they have an infinite number of chances to live again in stone bodies. It seems like death, for the species as a whole, is only just a setback. Or am I totally off-base here?

Well, sort of; they're immortal in that as long as there are soulbinders, the dead can be put into new bodies. But there are a limited number of soulbinders. You do the math.

If the Mandtid are keen followers and worshippers of the Old Gods, then why do they oppose the Sha influence, seeing how the Sha is essencially an Old God? Also, from where I'm standing, it kind of seems like the Sha of Fear has given the Mantid a tactical advantage, by driving their troops insane and unpredictable.

Likely because the Sha are not an Old God. They've sprung from the corpse of one, sure, but the Sha are a far cry from the unbeatable, unthinkable beings the mantid worship. If Obama died, we probably wouldn't consider his corpse our president. We'd find a new president.
