WRUP: I still hate the warehouse map edition

I miss most of you.

I miss City of Heroes. This is the opposite of news; pretty much everyone who has followed my rantings over the past several years is well aware of how much I liked the game. But even though it's been gone for a while now, let me be completely clear -- I still harbor a great deal of hatred for the warehouse map. Yes, more than the cave cake map. At least that was meant to be interesting.

No warehouse maps ever again. Please. Even if the game gets a revival.

But that's not what I'm playing this weekend. What am I playing? What are all of the Massively staff members playing? Why don't you find out down in WRUP? And just like every week, you can let us know what you'll be up to in the comments. Or you can just whine about the warehouse map along with me, that's all right too.

Anatoli Ingram, Guild Wars 2 Columnist

@ceruleangrey: I'm getting ready to move at the end of the month, so I probably won't have much time for gaming. I'll definitely be hopping around in Guild Wars 2's Super Adventure Box when I do get the chance, and possibly running a few story dungeons with my better half in Final Fantasy XIV!

Beau Hindman, F2P and Mobile Columnist

@Beau_Hindman: I'm switching to Vega Conflict for my next Rise and Shiny, and I am way too excited to wait for my Choose My Adventure polls to be finished before I make a character in Age of Wushu. The truth is that I have made a few to get a feel for the game, but I'm really eager to make my main. Luckily I have the readers and fellow staff members to help me through the crazy game!

Bree Royce, Editor-in-Chief

@nbrianna: If I can gather up some guildies, I'll give Guild Wars 2's new SAB mode a go, but with the farming nerf, that's probably all I'll do there, unlike last time when I lived in SAB for a month. Might give the Necro a swing in some lowbie lands instead!

David Desi, Multimedia Contributor

@PsykopigAU: I have been loving me some Champions Online action all week! I have also been dogging through a bit of Metro: Last Light; what a great game!

Eliot Lefebvre, Columnist Extraordinaire and Senior Contributing Editor

@Eliot_Lefebvre: There's roleplaying to be done, there's crafting for fun, there are dungeons to be run, it's Final Fantasy XIV. See you again next week.

Justin Olivetti, Columnist Extraordinaire and Senior Contributing Editor

@Sypster: Right now I'm concentrating on three titles: The Secret World, Lord of the Rings Online, and Guild Wars 2. In TSW, I'm trying to beef up my main by re-running the Transylvania missions and stocking up on AP for the upcoming Issue #8. In LotRO, it's mostly about just finishing up Wildermore and then picking back up my Lore-master who's been stranded in Moria for quite some time now. And in Guild Wars 2, I'm feeling a hankering to really level up my Ranger and perhaps start her down a crafting profession or two.

Mike Foster, Contributing Editor

@MikedotFoster: I am considering buying Guild Wars 2. If I don't, I'll be playing World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, and Dota 2. And maybe cruising through Borderlands 2, if I get the itch.

Richie Procopio, Multimedia Contributor

@RichieProcopio: This weekend I will be going to the store and buying a dozen keyboards to replace the ones I will smash in frustration while playing tribulation mode in Guild Wars 2's Super Adventure Box.

Shawn Schuster, Senior Editor

@Epykbeard: I've just started playing EverQuest II again with some friends and we're starting fresh with new characters for betrayal. The goal is to become exiled to switch alignments, so we're starting off evil to eventually become good, switching classes in the process. I'll have a Troll Conjuror if all goes well.

Terilynn Shull, Star Trek Online Columnist

@terilynns: I still haven't leveled-off my Reman character in Star Trek Online and I'm hoping to put more effort into that. I am happy to say that after 14 months, I finally reached level 85 with my main in Lord of the Rings Online! Just got her into Wildermore and just started the Hytbold dailies. However I might jump back to my new Minstrel and get his crafting experience up-to-snuff.

At the start of every weekend, we catch up with the Massively staff members and ask them, "What are you playing this week?" (Otherwise known as: WRUP!) Join us to see what we're up to in and out of game -- and catch us in the comments to let us know what you're playing, too!
