The Crusader is the new class in the Diablo III expansion, not a Warcraft thing. You should check out the Reaper of Souls preview page on the Diablo website, it looks pretty darn cool. I'm a real sucker for the blonde lady badass warrior thing.

Let me preface this and say that while I've been playing since BC, I'm a complete Blizzcon noob. I'm sure I'm not the only one, but my birthday present this year is a virtual ticket (YAY!) When we get a little closer to Blizzcon, will you have some sort of guide up ahead of time? I'm going to be lost navigating everything that is happening, and would love to see certain things, like the announcement for the next xpac, live if at all possible. I know you aren't prescient (though that would be really cool), but still, it seems like folks with more experience would be able to figure out which panels would likely have what info. Thanks!

Blizzard always releases an event schedule before the show itself. You'll know exactly when the panels you want to see are happening and all of that sort of thing. If there are any other BlizzCon specifics we can help with beyond an event schedule, people should less us know -- we can totally do some kind of BlizzCon thing if we know what people aren't sure about.

Hearthstone etiquette question: Never played a card game before. When I lose I tend to lose graciously. What bothers me though is when the opener has clearly won and can finish the game in one hit spends time thinking, buffing/playing cards etc. to deliver to most amount of damage. Is this appropriate? When they start to do it I slam the concede button because it's wasting my time.

It's generally bad etiquette to waste time when you know, beyond any shadow of doubt, that you're going to win. If your opponent has nothing on the field and your six gajillion minions can do more than enough damage to end it, just end it. However, if there's any uncertainty at all, you don't want to risk blowing your victory just because you were a bit hasty.

Sometimes, I admit, it's really tempting to show off what was in my hand just to finish the big combo I was building. Throwing all my excess cards down to give a minion 30+ attack power is just too delicious and I hope everyone involved can get a chuckle out of it. I know that I, personally, can't help but laugh when my opponent brings overwhelming force to bear against me. The luck of the draw can make insanely perfect scenarios. When I'm in that position happens, I try to throw all of my cards down as fast as possible. Making my opponent wait an eternity to lose is just rude. If it adds another 10 seconds, meh. If it's going to take longer than that, you're just being a jerk.

The one big exception to this is when you get the daily quest to deal X amount of total damage. If your quest is to deal 100 total damage, you're going to try to deal as much of that in one game as possible. By ending a game with a big blow, you can reduce how many games you actually need to play to complete the quest.

Our stylesheet has been failing to load, yes. We have people trying to figure out why, the cause hasn't been super clear so far. Some fixes were attempted, but none of those fixes resulted in a solution. Please be patient while we're investigating. Trust me, it irritates us just as much as it irritates you.
