Assuming the next expansion has no new race(s) or class, do you think it's likely that Blizzard would (again) loosen the current class/race restrictions? And assuming it's at least reasonable, what combos do you think could happen?
Good question. I've learned never to say never about Blizzard and lore stuff, because they can just make up whatever they want. That said, the last we heard about this was "we'll do it again if it makes sense," which likely means "we don't have any plans."

Level 100 for their 10th anniversary? Makes sense to me, from like a, you know, numbers kind of thing.

My laptop had to be wiped, which means I've got no wow on there. Now to reinstall it, do I have to go through the painstaking process of loading the 5 Classic CDs, the 4 BC CDs, and then the WotLk, Cata and Mists CDs? Or do I only have to download the latest one?
Just log into your Battle.net account and download the client. It'll have everything you need in the one installer. Easiest thing in the world.

How does Blizzard keep its secrets so tight? As in, how has the title of the new expansion not been leaked somehow? I imagine hundreds of people need to have this information by now: not only the head designers, but graphic artists, convention tech specialists, and the staff at print shops, to name a few. Of all these people, NO ONE has leaked anything? There are no spies or family members who've dropped this information somehow? It seems like real-life nations and political campaigns have a harder time keeping their secrets than Blizzard does keeping its own.
I wouldn't make the assumption that nobody ever leaks anything. I know how the process works: Blizzard starts a project, keeps it from as many people in the company as possible, slowly tells more as the project is closer to being announced, the "more" tell some of their friends. They always tell friends. This is where it can get tricky. Businesses, printers, event staff, whatever -- they're under NDAs that can ruin them. It's not worth it for them. Friends of friends of Blizzard employees don't have any such restrictions. They can choose to tell or not to tell and face zero repercussions. Some people take the risk that the person who told them could be tracked down internally and fired or worse and tell people anyway.
Looks like this time (hopefully, anyway, for any employees involved) they made good choices with who they told, if they did (they did). We'll see. One week to go.

How far into the next expansion do you think our Legendary Cloaks will remain viable?
Depends on whether the proc effects diminish as you level past 90. If they don't, you'll be wearing that cloak a good long time.

I have to admit I was a little disapointed yesterday. I finally took down Garrosh in LFR and did the end quest. I very quickly headed back to Orgrimmar to see if the new Warchief was sitting on the throne and was very sad that he wasn't. I know Blizzard has the ability of phasing and wondered why they didn't do this? Was anyone else disapointed in this?
Smart money's on this being part of the inevitable pre-expansion patch, or 5.5, or whichever it ends up being. A ceremony or a quest or the like.
