One Shots: Angmar, you're going down

It's a beautiful morning, so why not spoil it by going to Angmar? Oh Angmar, that blackhead on the face of Middle-earth, with your whining sky and your eyesores everywhere. Why can't evil ever be beautiful, can someone tell me?

Perhaps reader Michael18, who took this particular photo, can: "To celebrate the release of the Helm's Deep expansion, I send you some of my screenshots. I tried to capture the beauty of the old zones of Lord of the Rings Online like Angmar. With all the Rohan pictures to be seen on the web over the next couple of weeks, this might be a nice diversion."

That's it, Angmar; you're going down. I'm going to get some flowers and go plant them all over your fields. Take that!

Captain Chris sent in this absolutely gorgeous picture of a star. It's a little hard to make out because there's a spaceship and a nebula and all sorts of colors going on, but if you squint just right, you can partake in the beauty of VY-672 as Mother Nature intended.

Chris sets the scene for the rest of the picture: "Lieutenant Ralph Etrange's unmodernized Consitution-class USS Essex enters the Azura Nebula to scan for temporal anomalies in Star Trek Online. Is it me, or does that growing 'tear' in the background resemble the Nexus ribbon from Star Trek: Generations?"

Maybe it's just me, but when there's a large, glowing, completely unknown alien object on the horizon, my first instinct is not to make a beeline toward it so that it can access my bone marrow that much more quickly. But I'm not daring reader Frank, who quickly hopped on his speeder to check out this Gree-thing from Star Wars: The Old Republic.

Yes, Dezmo, that plant looks very safe. That plant looks very healthy. That plant looks as if it has a terrific dental plan and would like to talk to you more about it. That plant would be just perfect if you took it home and put it on a window sill.

What, are you crazy man? Run! Run like you've never run before! No, don't take out your camera and... oh dear. Dezmo is Final Fantasy XIV plant food.

With all of the expansions that have come out lately, our screenshot challenge this week is to send in some pictures of you while you're exploring the new content. Don't disappoint me, my four readers!
