Do I need to have completed any of the Black Prince quests to loot a sha-touched weapon? I still need to collect one more Sigil of Power to get the gem, but Spiritsever hasn't dropped for me yet after ten rolls. Is my RNG really that bad, or do I need to finish The Strength of One's Foes?
Nope, I haven't completed The Strength of One's Foes on my DK and just yesterday got a Shin'ka from the Sha of Fear. You just have rotten luck!

Somehow I was under the impression that scenarios could be soloable, back when they were first announced. That if you didn't want to do them with two other people you'd get a couple of mentally challenenged NPCs to help you or something. Was that ever even a thing, or did I make it up? I also thought they'd have instance portals like dungeons and raids do, so if you wanted you could just walk into one and start smashing faces. Ah, how new and exciting information confuses me.
Yeah, you made it up. But the good news is that there are supposed to be solo instances/scenarios called Proving Grounds coming soon, and the solo scenarios we have on the Isle of Thunder set a good precedent.

Nope, they're tagged to your party, but not to your faction. The other person was either just being polite or hoping to get loot and didn't. I jump in to help people who are soloing big mobs just to be polite, and also because it's fun to feel invincible on my DK.
