Just to clear up any lingering confusion, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy HD is available on the App Store right now, after being delayed from fall to July, and then moved back up to May 30. That's today, and the game is definitely out.

The iOS trilogy includes the first three Phoenix Wright games, Ace Attorney, Ace Attorney Justice for All, and Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations. The initial two episodes of the first game, Ace Attorney, are free, and the remaining three episodes in that game are $6. The following two games are $7 each, or there's a pack that includes all of the games and all episodes for $17.

Got all that? Dang, legalese is confusing.
