Vanishingly unlikely given that they didn't allow you to put them into any Throne of Thunder weapons. Don't hold your breath.

Why don't they make guards only attack you if you attack them, a player or an NPC? You know kind of how it works in neutral towns? I get the "attack on sight" thing, but when 90s (or 95elite) spawn out of nowhere and hit you it kind of discourages exploration and world PvP a little. This is on a PvE server of course.

I imagine if they didn't attack you, you could just hang out in enemy towns and attack other players/NPCs whenever it was most opportune! Town guards take a proactive approach for this reason. If it's red, it's dead.

It's generally accepted that the Nordrassil area of the zone, right up until where you head down the mountain and attack the slavers, is the part featured in the raid. More or less, anyway.
