"So I was running AQ40 for old times' sake when I discovered a rather interesting graphical bug," writes submitter Fizzlespark of Draka (US-A). "When you run inside of C'thun's body after he has fallen, strange purple lines jettison to the center of the body, leading to each of the eyes on the outside. As a result, I present to you the true Maws of Madness!" That looks like a painful way to be impaled, although really, all ways of being impaled sound pretty painful.
