Around Azeroth: If I can't see them, they can't see me

Around Azeroth If I can't see them, they can't see me TUESDAY

" I remember a WoW Insider Breakfast Topic which posed the question 'Do you ever look up?'" writes frequent submitter Gimmlette of Spectacular Death on Llane (US-A). "I'm terrible at directions. I tend to think in three dimensions, so when a location is 'up', meaning at the top of the map, I will look skyward. On a recent run to not get Attumen's horse to drop from Karazhan, I got lost, as is often the case, while flying to Kara from Darkshire. Either I eventually find the spire, the Swamp of Sorrows, or I'll land and just ride over there. This time, I aggro'd a spider. Wait a minute ... carrion birds and ogres, yes, but I don't remember spiders. Then I looked up. So, exactly how long have those been there, and how come I never saw them before? It makes me wonder what other things are up that I never noticed."
