Looking for Guild: Even more FFXIV

If I was a betting man, I'd say that Final Fantasy XIV's relaunch is a success. Of course, I base this solely on the fact that so much positive feedback is coming out of players, which is certainly welcome after the game's initial launch.

Here on LFG, we're also getting quite a few players looking to play with more people in the fantasy-based MMO. It's almost like some enterprising young guild leader could come by and swoop these folks up for a Massively reader guild of their own. Read on past the cut for this week's list (consisting entirely of FFXIV submissions) and don't forget to submit your own for next week!

Here's how it works: If you're looking for a guild, simply send an email to shawn@massively.com with the subject line "LFG" and tell me the following:

• The name of your game of choice (include server name if applicable)

• Your usual play times (day and time of day)

• Your main character class

• Any alt classes you enjoy

• Your preferred playstyle

• What you would bring to a guild

• Your main character name or contact name in-game (will not be published)

The following week, I will post all submissions, minus the last question. If you're a guild leader or officer who is interested in pursuing someone you see in the column, you'll simply email me at the above address with the subject line "LFM - (Game name here)" and I will act as the liaison between the guild and the guild-seeker. That way, no contact info will be made public and connections can proceed in-game (or over email, if you choose) at the discretion of the submitter.

Usual play times: Usually weeknights, more so on weekends (MST/GMT-7:00)
Main character class: Currently 29 Arcanist, Soon to be Scholar
Any alt classes: None made at the moment, might make Paladin or Monk in the future
Preferred playstyle: Casual, small- to medium-sized group play
What I bring: I try to be as active in chats (both text and voice) as I can be, mostly joking around but can be serious if need be (i.e., dungeons)

Usual play times: 9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Mountain Standard (11:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. EDT)
Main character class: Archer/Arcanist, Carpenter/Fishing
Any alt classes: None... yet
Preferred playstyle: Casual peppered with obsessive crafting
What I bring: Support and crafting with frequent guildleves and questing
