True horror is playing the NES Friday the 13th game.

What's everyone playing this weekend?

• Alexander Sliwinski (@Sliwinski, Twitch): Now that Battlefield 4 is almost working right, it's time to give in and squad up.

• Anthony John Agnello (@AJohnAgnello): I am going to be finishing off the last of the unlockable worlds in Super Mario 3D World or die trying. I will also be playing a bunch of Ace Attorney 5. Then I will be finishing up with some more of the Gamecube launch trio of Star Wars: Rogue Leader, Super Monkey Ball, and Luigi's Mansion which I've been enjoying as of late.

• Danny Cowan (@db_cowan, Twitch): I'm working on finishing up The Last of Us (so depressing, but so good) and GTA5 (less depressing, also good). I'll start up Rayman Legends next, if I can get a co-op game going.

• David Hinkle (@DaveHinkle, Twitch): I'm inviting some friends over to play Samurai Gunn this weekend. As soon as I get sick of them all and kick them out of my apartment, I'll switch over to some Starbound and Guacamelee.

• Earnest Cavalli (@Ecavalli, Twitch): I relapsed hard into my XCOM: Enemy Within addiction this week, so I'll be spending the weekend murdering aliens while mumbling smug one-liners to myself about reclaiming humanity's precious Reese's Pieces.

• Jess Conditt (@JessConditt, Twitch): Guacamelee with a side of chips and lime.

• Ludwig Kietzmann (@LudwigK, Twitch): I'm also working on the brutal bonus levels in Super Mario 3D World ... if I don't get drawn in to The Room 2.

• Mike Suszek (@MikeSuszek, Twitch): I'll have a busy weekend with Device 6, The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, Super Mario 3D World, Half-Life 3, Tomb Raider and Grand Theft Auto 5.

• Richard Mitchell (@TheRichardM, Twitch): Battlefield 4 on PS4 when it works. Assassin's Creed 4 when it doesn't. And Betrayal at House on the Hill with friends.

• Sinan Kubba (@SinanKubba, Twitch): I'm the goddamn Batman: Arkham Origins.

• Sam Prell (@SamPrell, Twitch): Crime doesn't play ... itself, so I'm going to make it a point to finally check out Grand Theft Auto 5, and when I get depressed, I'll Peggle my way 2 happiness again.

• Steven Wong: I'll probably still be trying to amass my fortune through thievery in Payday 2.

• Susan Arendt (@SusanArendt, Twitch): I'm cracking into (or breaking out of) The Room 2, hitting the high seas in Assassin's Creed 4 and eating some super cherries in Super Mario 3D World.

• Thomas Schulenberg (@T_Schulenberg, Twitch): I'll be blatantly ignoring traffic laws in Grand Theft Auto 5 and stumbling my way through combos in DMC: Devil May Cry.

• Xav de Matos (@Xav, Twitch): Wondering what world Mike Suszek lives in where copies of Half-Life 3 grow on trees. You have to mine it, which I will do in EVE Online.
