WRUP: With great interest

Destiny's first full weekend after its mega launch is upon us. Reception to the FPS/MMO has certainly been mixed, but if you're playing, how are you liking it? (I'm really enjoying the co-op.)

What's everyone playing?

• Alexander Sliwinski (@Sliwinski, Twitch): Making my way through the back half of Destiny. Having a great time playing co-op with my friends. It's essentially Halo's Firefight: The MMO. I'm super chill with that.

• Anthony John Agnello (@AJohnAgnello): A wee bit o' the Destiny, a wee dram o' the Hyrule Warriors, and a wee nip o' the Murasaki Baby.

• Danny Cowan (@db_cowan, Twitch): Destiny. Theatrhythm Curtain Call. Maybe some co-op Secret of Mana?

• Earnest Cavalli (@Ecavalli, Twitch): This weekend I'll be working my way through Hyrule Warriors. Beyond that it's a toss up to see which repetitive murder simulator draws my attention first, Diablo 3 or Destiny.

• Jess Conditt (@JessConditt, Twitch): I'm a hunter. I have a knife. I'm going to throw it at aliens. The end.

• Ludwig Kietzmann (@LudwigK, Twitch): I've somehow fallen back into Forza 5. How did I become someone with a Driver Level of 63?

• Mike Suszek (@MikeSuszek, Twitch): Destiny, continuing my quest to collect em' all in Madden 15's Ultimate Team mode, then maybe rolling through Blackwell Unbound.

• Richard Mitchell (@TheRichardM, Twitch): Dursty-Knee, the story of Fred Durst's chronic Charlie horse. Also some Phantasy Star 1.

• Sinan Kubba (@SinanKubba, Twitch): Determined to finish Danganronpa and start Danganronpa 2. Not even sure I'm enjoying it that much, but it's well suited for my presently lethargic, often horizontal state of gaming.

• Sam Prell (@SamPrell, Twitch): Broke Interior Decorator Simulator (aka: Sims 4) and Alien Genocide World 2014 (aka: Destiny)!

• Susan Arendt (@SusanArendt, Twitch): Destiny, so long as I don't have to do anything in that damn Cosmodrome ever again.

• Thomas Schulenberg (@T_Schulenberg, Twitch): I've recently learned how great Hotline Miami is, so I'll do my best to manage that 12-kill combo on and off throughout the weekend.

• Xav de Matos (@Xav, Twitch): NHL 15 for review and Destiny are taking up my time. This weekend we've got a board game night going at my place and I fully expect The Resistance, Pandemic and more to get played.
