WRUP: Hearthstone intervention

Ummmm, so the crew at Joystiq has been messing around with Hearthstone. Actually, we've been screwing around with Hearthstone, which is messing around without dinner. Also, never get between a Priest and Holy Nova. NEVER!

What's everyone playing? (Besides Hearthstone.)

• Alexander Sliwinski (@Sliwinski, Twitch): Trying not to fail out of my final summer semester of school as I've discovered Hearthstone.

• Anthony John Agnello (@AJohnAgnello): Luckily Mario Kart 8 and Super Time Force will soothe the savage beast within. Ludwig keeps ignoring my race invites for Kart. I can taste his fear.

• Danny Cowan (@db_cowan, Twitch): I hooked up my Dreamcast so I could play Death Crimson OX and Sword of the Berserk, along with some SECRET games for SECRET purposes.

• Earnest Cavalli (@Ecavalli, Twitch): Most likely, Bound By Flame, punctuated by moments of Mario Golf when the former's tragic voice acting causes my brain to seize up.

• Jess Conditt (@JessConditt, Twitch): Borderlands 2 on Vita! And League of Legends. I think I've caught the bug.

• Ludwig Kietzmann (@LudwigK, Twitch): Still trekking through Spira in Final Fantasy X HD, but my minutes may be better spent with Super Time Force.

• Mike Suszek (@MikeSuszek, Twitch): I think I may try Garthstone on iPad. Earthstone? Darthstone? Larkstone? Hearthstone? That's the one.

• Richard Mitchell (@TheRichardM, Twitch): Resisting the urge to fall back down the League of Legends hole after our amazing stream. So... I guess I'll finish Mega Man 4 on my 3DS?

• Sinan Kubba (@SinanKubba, Twitch): I'm playing Calvin & Hobbes: HD Trilogy. Seriously, all I'm doing is reading the complete, three-book set of the best comic strip ever.

• Sam Prell (@SamPrell, Twitch): League of Legends. Because did you SEE that stream? Perfect reminder of how fun that game can be. Oh, and Final Fantasy 14, because... I don't even know. There's just... something about it.

• Susan Arendt (@SusanArendt, Twitch): Hearthstone and Republique because I apparently have forgotten anything exists but my iPad. Oh, and maybe some Final Fantasy X-2 on the Vita. Maybe.

• Thomas Schulenberg (@T_Schulenberg, Twitch): I'll be hurling many more shells at Koopalings (and myself, inadvertently) in Mario Kart 8. I'm also going to do the headphones/lights out thing with Outlast, because I haven't played a proper horror game since ZombiU.
