Not as big and expensive as the Echo Show 10, and not as small and cheap as the Echo Show 5, Amazon’s latest Echo Show 8 is the Goldilocks of Alexa-powered smart displays. Its main attraction is an auto-framing camera that follows you around during video calls without the need for a swiveling screen. Add that to a sharp design, great display and stellar audio quality, and you have Amazon’s best smart display yet.
The Show 8, however, is now much better at video calls.
