HDTV music show for DIRECTV, no it's not MTV-HD
VOOM must be on to something with their RaveHD channel; that's the one with high-def and surround sound music performances. MTV-HD was the first to wake up and smell the coffee and now it's CD USA on DIRECTV starting next week on January 21st. Actually CD USA isn't even a channel, it's a weekly show every Saturday night at 6 p.m. on Channel 101 in SD and HD. Four on-air hosts will bring the most popular acts as well as some up-and-comers to your HDTV screen; expect live performances to take center stage, which ironically reminds of me the Saturday Night Concert series MTV used to run back in the '80's. In case you're wondering: yes, we're older than cable television.
