This week in North America, Art Style: Light Trax was released on WiiWare. In Europe, the other new Art Style game has been released. It appears alongside one of the most beloved Kirby games ever! DSiWare in Europe this week is ... eclectic, featuring, among other things, a picross game about animal pictures, and a national anthem karaoke game. The Nintendo page says that "All eyes are on South Africa, all EARS are on you - in the karaoke game of the year!" Which is odd, considering the lack of the South African national anthem in this game. Kirby's Fun Pak (SNES, 1-2 players, 800 Wii Points) Lead the Meerkats (WiiWare, 1 player, 1,000 Wii Points) Art Style: Penta Tentacles (WiiWare, 1 player, 600 Wii Points) Voodoo Dice (WiiWare, 1-4 players, 1,000 Wii Points) Hero of Sparta (DSiWare, 1 player, 800 DSi Points) Animal Color Cross (DSiWare, 1 player, 500 DSi Points) Bloons (DSiWare, 1 player, 500 DSi Points) Just Sing! National Anthems (DSiWare, 1 player, 200 DSi Points) %Gallery-86441%

This week's NintendoWare Weekly is brought to you by insanity. The eclectic mixture of downloadable content on the virtual table this week is quite odd, with everything from spoofs on '70s kung-fu flicks to "scented dwarves" coming to DS and Wii owners.

Capcom's about a month late to use a classic Mega Man game as a promotional tool for Mega Man 10, but that's okay! Mega Man 4 is now available on the European Virtual Console, and even though it's slightly mis-timed, the end result is that you can buy another Mega Man game right now. Also available on Wii is Ghostfire Games' gladiatorial Punch-Out!! variant, Rage of the Gladiator. DSiWare's new downloads include a collection of puzzle games (sudoku, kakuro, anagrams, etc.) and the downloadable version of Mr. Driller. Mega Man 4 (NES, 1 player, 500 Wii Points) Rage of the Gladiator (WiiWare, 1 player, 1,000 Wii Points) Bloons (WiiWare, 1 player, 500 Wii Points) Combat of Giants: Dinosaurs - Fight For Survival (DSiWare, 1-2 players, 800 DSi Points) Mr. Driller Drill Till You Drop (DSiWare, 1 player, 500 DSi Points) Pocket Pack: Words & Numbers (DSiWare, 1-6 players, 500 DSi Points) System Flaw: Recruit (DSiWare, 1 players, 500 DSi Points)

There's a wide selection of downloads available on Wii and DSi this week -- including stuff that people might have heard of before and/or be interested in! Two days after its reveal, the new Blaster Master game is available on WiiWare, along with Hudson's Princess Tomato, a somewhat forgotten NES oddity. And DSiWare has the iPhone hit Fieldrunners and a new puzzle game by Intelligent Systems. Read about all ten (!) new games after the break. %Gallery-84941%

NinjaKiwi has just launched an extension of its casual Flash game, Bloons, that adds a dangerously addictive new feature: user-created levels. Bloons World introduces a simple level editor and allows players to create, share, and play original Bloons stages with surprising ease. It's the same monkey-filled, dart-throwing, balloon-popping game as before, now flavored with the creativity of thousands of players. Some of the stages are challenging, while a great many more are, shall we say, completely wackadoo. And if you value the rest of your afternoon, keep away from the "Go Random" button.
