The cute, lovable beat-animals-with-a-drill game, Gurumin, has dropped to a measly $20 at Gamestop. The game is quickly attracting a cult audience, and at that budget price, you may want to figure out why. PSP Fanboy gave it a 7.5, praising its unique charm, but bashing its slow pacing.Capcom Puzzle World is also on sale, also for $20. Is Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo worth the price of admission? Some would say yes. As our review notes, don't expect much more than that from the game. Is a 5.0 much easier to swallow at this budget price? Quite possibly.[Via CAG]
PSP Fanboy review: Capcom Puzzle World
I know most people only read reviews to find out if they should buy, try or avoid a particular game. With that in mind, here's that info on Capcom Puzzle World for those who don't want to read a full review. Buy: If you are a fan of the Buster Bros. series and want a collection of them with extra games included. Try: If you like Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, but have never tried Buster Bros. or have never tried either. Avoid: If you dislike Buster Bros. or are not a fan of puzzle games.
PSP has its own Da Vinci puzzle
Alright, so maybe this puzzle doesn't involve Tom Hanks with bad hair and an albino monk, but that's probably a good thing. While browsing new Capcom Puzzle World screens on Gamespot, I came across the image above. It's from one of the Buster Bros games and damn if it don't look trippy. I can't say I have a lot of Buster Bros experience, but I'll likely get this collection regardless since it has a puzzle game I love even more than Lumines; Super Puzzle Fighter II. As a refresher, here is the list of games in this collection: Super Puzzle Fighter II Block Block, Buster Bros (3 versions of it) Capcom Puzzle World puzzle fights its way onto store shelves next month.
