      What we're watching: Tennis consumes the afternoon on CBS, with the men's semifinals (12 p.m.) and the women's finals (2 p.m.) both shown in HDTV.      What we're watching and why: It's college football and NASCAR in high definition tonight. At 8 p.m., it's Pittsburgh vs. Ohio on ESPN 2-HD.       What we're watching and why:  It's the official kick off of the 36th season of Monday Night Football -- on Thursday night. The Oakland Raiders play at the 2005 Super Bowl champion New England Patriots at 8 p.m. on ABC. Meanwhile, over at ESPN 2-HD at 7 is a match up between Oklahoma State and Florida Atlantic.
