{Warning: This video contains WotLK spoilers.)I'm a little hesitant to feature anything by Devlin. The last time I blogged one of his movies, Vimeo made the announcement that they were removing gameplay videos. Let's hope that he has better luck with Veoh!Wintergrasp - First Glimpse is a Wrath of the Lich King beta exploration video from build 8770. Devlin checks out some of the vehicles and takes them for a spin. Whether you're into the catapult-like features of the Demolisher, or the circular saw-wielding robotic features of the Shredder, one thing is for certain -- there's something for everyone. While not the most polished production, it's nice to see some of the newest toys in Wintergrasp![Via Warcraftmovies.com]If you have any suggestions for WoW Moviewatch, you can mail them to us at machinima AT wowinsider DOT com.Previously on Moviewatch ...

Moviewatch commenters are always asking to see some action. I've decided to cave in and give you what you want! Devlin filmed this epic battle scene on the EU Coldarra beta server on the 19th.Weighing in at a whopping 383mb and 1680x1050 resolution, this video focuses on the Death Knight's introduction questline. It deals with lore involving Arthas, the Fordring and Mograine families, as well as a new alliance. For more WotLK beta gameplay videos, check out Daniel Whitcomb's in-depth look at the quest. Note: As you might expect from that description, this video may involve spoilers about Death Knight lore and the starting area.[Via Warcraftmovies.com]If you have any suggestions for WoW Moviewatch, you can mail them to us at machinima AT wowinsider DOT com.Previously on Moviewatch ...

Some of our readers may have heard of the recent recovery of two kidnapped boys in Missouri. As the story goes, Ben Ownby, 13 (missing since last week) and Shawn Hornbeck, 15 (missing since October 2002) were found in the apartment home of one Michael Devlin, 41. The safe return of these two boys to their families is certainly cause for celebration, but the story goes further than that. Gamertag Radio has the full story: Devlin is a member of Xbox Live. While this is nothing extraordinary in and of itself, one of Devlin's acts is strange to say the least. On the website Gamertagpics.com, Devlin -- under his Gamertag, DevilDevlin -- posted a photograph of Hornbeck taken during his captivity. Devlin was online playing Saints Row as recently as January 13. Oddly, Hornbeck had many opportunities to escape, as he was allowed to ride a bicycle and was often seen playing video games with the apartment door open (Hornbeck also found the time to pierce both his ear and tongue). The behavior seems strange, though psychologists are quick to point out that victims of kidnap often revert into a "survival mode" in order to cope. Whatever the motives of Devlin, we're glad to report the boys' safe return.Update: Removed side note.
