This premium edition of the upcoming PSP fighter Fate/Tiger Colosseum UPPER is well ... rather much. Called the "Megamori Box," you are getting a mega-more amount of stuff than you could possibly need. For $95 (via Play-Asia), the package contains the game, a 72-page book filled with interviews and comics, 23 tarot cards, binder, drama CD, and special DVD. This is quite possibly the most fanservice-filled box we could imagine. Too bad we're unfamiliar with the series -- perhaps if you're a Fate/Tiger fan, this package will have you going nuts.[Via PSPHyper]

There are only a few certainties in life. One of them is that an anime fighter will get a sequel, especially if its on PSP. Capcom's super-deformed fighter based on the Fate/Tiger series is going UP in this sequel. Expect just as much crazy fighting as the original, and maybe some fan-service (considering the franchise's origins ... ). Will this game (and its prequel) ever come out to the US?

More screenshots of Fate/Tiger Colosseum UPPER are here to look at. The super-deformed hijinks look colorful to say the least. It might be a promising fighting game, one for all ages ... unlike the game's seedy origins. The game is set for an August 28 release in Japan, so importers get ready.Speaking of importers, you might be interested in this extra bit of news: the game is getting a limited edition "Megamori Box." Included in the box is a set of Tarot cards specific to the series, a card binder, a Drama music CD, a DVD, and a 72-page booklet. All for ¥9,800 ($94.28). Yikes, that's quite a lot of cash to be forking over for a slightly obscure PSP game. We're not even paying that much for the MGS4 limited edition on the PS3. Possibly the most expensive limited edition on the PSP (excluding those bundled with the system)? Maybe.

We don't know what to say about Fate/Tiger Colosseum UPPER. While we're always happy for more games on PSP (especially fighters), we're a bit perturbed by these initial shots. The textures look ancient, and the gameplay has us scratching our heads. We know the anime series has its fair share of fans, so maybe we're missing something about this game's appeal.Well, at least there's anime babes -- if that's your sort of thing.[Via PSPHyper]

After a successful release of Fate/Tiger Colosseum on PSP, Capcom has decided to introduce yet another Fate/Tiger game to the handheld. A follow up to the previous fighter, Fate/Tiger Colosseum UPPER promises to up the fan service, at least that's what it appears in these new screens. A trailer will debut in May, so expect to find out more about this latest (likely Japan-only) addition to the PSP.[Via PSPHyper]

Capcom's upcoming anime-inspired fighter looks ultra-kawaii, doesn't it? The new trailer on the Japanese website turns up the bubblegum dial up to 11. We can't say we're too excited, but supposedly, there's a lot of hardcore Fate! fans out there. (And by hardcore, we meant to say ... )[Via PSPHyper]
