Cryptic continues reaching out to fans with new GM blog
Cryptic is continuing to work with their fans for improved communication, among other things. A recent forum post from Champions Online GM_Marauder indicated that changes were being made to the GM team to improve communication, and he followed up on that today. Issue 1 of the new GM blog is on the front page of the Champions Online site, following up on the previous forum post and promising to "provide regular updates to what the Support Team have been doing with your tickets." Tips on using the in-game ticketing system are offered, as well as insight on how things are processed once they reach Customer Support. It also lists several specific issues that have been received through the ticketing system, stating that they will be taken care of. The blog promises that this will be an ongoing feature, providing more open communication and giving players the ability to see that they are being heard. We'll keep an eye on the progression, and hopefully this means good things to come for everyone involved.
