Mix together one part mini-fig, add two parts talent, three parts Gears and you get one badass mini-fig. The talented Emilio Lopez created a custom Marcus Fenix Munny figure for his cousin who loves Gears of War. He not only painted the little Marcus figure, but customized the box and added additional sculpting clay to make it perfect. The quality is beyond belief and for some reason we just love the big head look. Maybe we can persuade Emilio into creating a custom Munny for us, you know, to protect Fanboy Towers and stuff. More amazing pictures after the jump.[Via Digg]

Last night we posted an image of two little Xbox 360 minifigs asking where the heck they come from and how we can get our hands on them. And again, the Xbox 360 Fanboy community has pulled through as we've finally figured out these little guys' history. Last night Giuseppe Genga sent us an image stating his friend not only has the two toys, but also an inspired Xbox 360 faceplate that he got off of eBay. Mr. Genga also told us that this little gift set was from the Korean Xbox 360 launch event. Then today Chris commented that he found an eBay auction where we could get our hands on them. Finally, Frederik confirmed that they indeed did come from the event, are available on eBay and are called Qees. Phew ... so that's how the mystery of the Xbox 360 toys came to be solved. So, if you have any 360 Qees laying around and want to sell them, contact us. Otherwise, we guess there is always eBay.[Thanks, everyone who helped]

After today being an extremely slow news day, we decided to browse Flickr tonight for some exciting Xbox stuff. After navigating through random photos of people's nail clippers, cheese fries and yellow hats, we came across the two little gems above. These two 360 mini-figs are toy collector kingkong21's pride and joy (or so we think), one sporting a 360 sphere for a head and the other looks to be some sort of dying mouse. Anyone know where we can get our hands on these little dudes or where they come from? These guys could totally be official security guards of Fanboy Towers as they are already proving themselves by holding off the dreaded PS2 controller from us 360 fanboys.
