It's been a while since Apple sued someone for copying its iOS design copyrights, but it looks like department store makeup could be the next target. iShadow, anyone?

This is seriously one of the most creative uses of old Mac components that I've ever seen. I'm not sure a high-temp bulb next to that white plastic is a great idea, but I suppose if it melts that's just part of its charm. [Photo credit: Photo Giddy]

Just in case you want everyone to know that beneath your smartphone sleeve is indeed an iPhone, you can just make it look like an iPhone. Mind = blown. [Photo credit: Aaron Stroot]

Got an old, UFO-shaped Airport Base Station lying around? Apparently it makes a handy tissue dispenser, if you're into that sort of thing. [Photo credit: Daniel Morrison]

It might look like the victim of a mob hit, but according to the photo's Flickr description, this iPod actually flew out of its owner's bag while rushing across a rainy street. That's a remarkable amount of damage from such a tumble, and imagining the media device getting riddled by a Tommy gun is much more entertaining, so we'll just pretend. [Photo credit: Findfado]

The iPad is taller and has the reach advantage, but the Kindle seems suspiciously confident. The Vegas oddsmakers will have a field day with this one. [Photo credit: Dan Farber]
