try{document.getElementById("aol-cms-player-1").style.display="none";}catch(e){}Today on In Case You Missed It: Google introduced a new cloud-connected whiteboard called the Jamboard, which is made for collaboration with coworkers, then the finished doodle can be stored in Google Drive. Meanwhile the SAROS is a wave-powered desalination system that can produce 3,500 gallons a water a day of potable water from seawater, up on Kickstarter with the aim of helping coastal communities get better access to drinking water. Finally anyone prepping for Halloween will have carving envy from this video. The Pizza Hut video is here. As always, please share any interesting tech or science videos you find by using the #ICYMI hashtag on Twitter for @mskerryd.

Photo used with permission of Jorge Cardenas What are the odds of two separate TUAW readers sending in photos of objects emblazoned with Jonathan Mak's now-iconic Apple logo / Steve Jobs silhouette mashup? Apparently pretty good, because not only did we receive a pair of photos, but they came in via email at almost the exact same time. The first, seen above, is from Jorge Cardenas, who did a skilled pumpkin carving of the logo. The second, below, was sent in by Christian Hage. It shows his wife's pregnant belly painted with the logo in black and white. The painting was done by the Hage's artist friend, Kate Johnson. Photo used with permission of Christian Hage

Blizzard has presented US players with two new Halloween-themed contests -- a pumpkin-carving contest and a costume contest. Each contest covers all of Blizzard's games, with prizes awarded for entries with a Starcraft, Warcraft, or Diablo theme. And both contests have been done before -- this marking the 4th year of pumpkin and the 3rd year of the costume contest. The rewards are not astounding (a copy of WoW and the board game for the pumpkin-carving contest, and a copy of WoW with a years' subscription for the costume contest), but the contests sound fun, nevertheless.
