Instagram will let you post to multiple accounts at once
If you have multiple Instagram accounts, a new feature could make posting to all of them a little easier for you. With the iOS version of Instagram, users will be able to share the same post to any or all of their accounts at the same time, TechCrunch reports. All you'll need to do is flip the toggle next to the accounts you want to publish to when you're composing a post. "We are rolling out this feature to provide a better experience for people who often post to multiple accounts," the company told TechCrunch.
Instagram says it’s not working on a regram feature
Rumors of an Instagram regram function have circulated a number of times, and they were renewed this week when The Verge reported that the company was working on a reshare feature. But while Instagram initially told the site that it had no comment about the report, it is now saying that such a function is flat out "not happening." It told both The Verge and TechCrunch that it's neither building nor testing a regram feature.
Instagram is testing a lot of new features, including a repost button
The Next Web reports today that Instagram is testing a slew of new features, many of which could be quite welcome among users. Maybe the most exciting feature is a native Regram button, which would let users repost others' photos and videos without having to turn to a third-party app. Another potentially popular addition is the ability to archive your Stories and it appears you'll be able to set Instagram to do that automatically. And it looks like iOS users might soon be able to share Instagram posts and profiles to WhatsApp with just a click of a button.
