Panasonic's 10,000 lumen TH-DW10000 projector
Panasonic's dropped more than just camcorders at the big CEATEC show in Japan this week, also announcing this fairly beefy projector (and no, Akihabara News isn't getting into the projector biz -- just a bit more creative with its watermarks). Details on specs are still a little thin, but we've got the big numbers, with the DLP projector promising full HD resolution (which we assume is 1080p, though you can never really be sure these days), 4,000:1 contrast ratio, and a mighty 10,000 lumens. No word on the port situation, or a price or release date for that matter, though you can safely bet on throwing down at least a couple of grand for this one.
