Welcome back to The Queue, WoW Insider's daily Q&A column where the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Alex Ziebart will be your host today. If you've been reading The Queue for awhile, you'd know that Adam Holisky and I were taking turns writing this thing each day, but he's been sparse lately. Before we get started today, I just wanted to stop and let you guys know that he's okay, he's alive, but the flooding in his hometown of Fargo has gotten pretty ridiculous. He's been documenting the Fargo Flood on his personal blog the whole way through, so if you're interested, give it a gander. If you have friends or family in the area, or simply want to lend a hand, Red Cross and the United Way have set up some resources for all of you to peruse as well. Keep the people of Fargo in your thoughts, folks. I'm sure having Blackhawks flying over your house loses its cool factor after awhile.Jack Spicer asked..."What's the best/easiest way to get starter gear for PvP at 80?"

Pacman Jones on the cover of Madden NFL 2010? It could happen ... if "Adam" makes it rain on United Way. EA Sports head coach Peter Moore has been pitching the idea of a cover athlete auction to the Madden marketing team, reports Bloomberg.com. The decision won't be made "anytime soon," according to Moore, but the proposal suggests offering up the Madden curse, er, cover to the highest bidding NFL player. All proceeds would go to United Way, the NFL's charity partner. "Our research tells us we don't see a huge up-tick or down-tick depending on who's on the cover -- they're buying Madden," says Moore. Update: Oops! We were going for Pacman during his TNA Wrestling debut and wound up with his tag team partner, Ron "the Truth" Killings, instead (above). Thanks for pointing this out, folks -- needless to say, we don't watch much TNA nor have we ever seen Pacman with his helmet off. (And yes, we place full blame on Google Images.) Rest assured, we've rectified this careless error after the break!)[Thanks, John]

  • Students disfigure Wii, raffle it off for charity

Students at Marshall University are giving away a one-of-a-kind Wii with a raffle to raise money for the less fortunate. The personalized console is outfitted in what looks like Talismoon's Green Tanto replacement shell, wearing the West Virginia college's logo and colors. We can't knock their charitable efforts, as they're donating all proceeds from the raffle to United Way, but the system likely looked a lot nicer before it was tampered with. Hopefully, that logo is just an easily-peeled-off sticker. Either way, whomever wins the Wii will be sore to hear that its warranty was voided with this customization.Local station WSAZ covered the giveaway, and the forced banter between the two news anchors really shouldn't be missed! Tune in past the break for more riveting exchanges like this one:"Get it? Get it? Wii are Marshall?"I get it.""Okay."
